ما در پارس پک روزهای پنجشنبه کار نمیکنیم و میدونیم برنامه نویس های خلاق نیاز به استراحت آخر هفته دارن 🙂

چون با روحیات برنامه نویس ها آشنایی داریم و میدونیم برنامه نویس ها معمولا ساعت 8 صبح نمیتونن خلاقانه کار کنن، براشون ساعت کاری شناور در نظر گرفتیم 🙂

در مورد حقوق هم با توجه به شرایط حقوق های رقابتی داشتیم و همیشه پرداختی هامون به موقع بوده تا هم تیمی هامون دچار اضطراب و تنش نباشن 🙂
